Can’t review / get mode settings on Android, it always shows “getting status”.

Same error here in the United Kingdom. Sort this out Arlo . Poor show.

If the Camera tab doesn't have a complete display with all icons, you can't change modes or settings. Either wait for the display to finish loading or try force stopping the app and try again. There's also the web interface to try.

The web interface works. None of the suggestions work with the app. And I've tried more. The app is quite broken.

Same here, its rediculous. Arlo needs to sort this out now

I use 3 Android devices with different OSes with no problems. I can't help what with what doesn't happen here and doesn't seem to be a widespread issue. All I can suggest at this point is to reboot the phones and reinstall the app.
