Make sure battery level is up, use plug in cable if able

Same here, I bought 5 cameras and the 1st one I pulled pulled the same issue. Stil. wont work and I have done the reboot of the base station, pulled the battery, plugged it in, etc. Still nothing. Someone please help.

Does the camera work at all? Did it sync? Try removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync.

Yes I have done all threee of these. It had 100% battery life out of box. Showed me video the minute it synced. All 5 cameras asked to update firmware. 4 of them did the 5th never blinked amber and would after about 3 minutes it would ask to update again. It drained the battery and when I plugged it back in to power back up it captured motion. So I thought great maybe just a small glitch. So when I went to devices I saw it back on....great, then it asked for firmware, did it again and now permanently off-line.
