I have 5 Arlo Pro cameras and no subscription. 2 of these cameras give me the option to setup activity zones and the other 3 don't and I haven't a clue why. I have removed and re-added the cameras, checked that the firmware is up to date and they are plugged in at mains.
Why would some cameras give the option under Settings>Video and others not?
This applies to both the app and the desktop version through the browser
Thanks a lot
Lucy

Are all three cameras connected to AC power?
If you have a subscription, then battery-powered cameras can use cloud activity zones (the Arlo cloud actually does the processing). But w/o a subscription, the cameras do the processing, and that requires them to be connected to AC power.
