My Arlo pro will not charge the batteries. Unable to charge. Sends notification but no pics?

My Arlo pro will not charge the batteries I have 3 cameras and I can’t get any to charge. I was using the wrong charger.

but this time when I plug the camera in to charger, the camera sends a notification for motion. But no pictures

Can you confirm that this is the original Pro (and not the Pro 3 or Pro 4 camera)?

As to be aware....

the PRO cameras require a qualcom type dual voltage charger that supplies 5 and 9v.

the PRO2 chargers that supply only 5v will not charge the batteries

So to sort of reset the camera, pull battery for a few mins, reinstall and then plug in correct charger.

if you still get alerts for motion, first thing ( easy ) to try is power button reboot the base ( off then on )...see if that corrects the issue.

If not, you may have to remove the camera( remove device ) and then re-install
