arlo pro base station cannot be discovered from app.  How do i know if it is on the same wifi network ?

 

2 green lights on the base station

reset to factory settings already

next step?

Same problem
But all 3 lights green on base a middle one blinks so it communicates with the internet. But the app does not find any devices.
Why do I have another WiFi netgear 78 and what’s password for that.
So far this box is worthless

That sounds like your system is already set up. If so, you can't discover the base since it's already claimed. Do you have anything shown in Settings, My Devices?

Is this a used or refurbished system? It could be that the base has already been claimed by a previous owner which is why you can't claim it.

Nothing changed.
