Water damage

Two of my Arlo cameras have had water get inside them. They’re supposed to be made to be outside. This is upsetting!!

The phone call is almost identical to the chat. Do not waste your time. The only way I got help was a support member on this thread sending me a message.

I have noticed they seem very responsive in this community so that's a great idea.  I'd do that if I had to do it again.
