Help install PRO 5S 2K

have been trying to install PRO 5S 2K but unable to get the system to find the device during set up. It shows other cameras all the the way to PRO 4......Have tried via android phone and laptop . Tried by putting on my samsung cell phone camera in front of the QR code and by the ethernet connection to the router. I am in Roatan, Honduras.

What is the solution?

Any VMB4xxx or 5000 base would work - I'd suggest the VMB4540.

The issue is that your region doesn't support the camera, probably because you can't get a subscription there. The only workaround is to use a VPN to a supported country such as the US, create an account and install the camera while connected. You'd also need a credit card for the same country to purchase a subscription. Once finished installing, you can disconnect the VPN and use the account normally. If you have other cameras that you want to use on the same account, you'd need to remove them from the old account and add them to the new one.
