My pro 5 cameras will not recharge. I’ve tried all the fixes on Arlo site but to no avail. I suspect charging lead?

What charging cable are you using?
Do you see any LED behavior when plugging in the charging cable?

Thanks for responding. I use the lead supplied with the cameras.
There are no lights. If I keep trying it may flash once.

Kevin1951,
Is this the same behavior with more than one camera or just a single camera?

It’s the same with both cameras. They had flat batteries for a while (3 months) as I had health problems and could not attend them.

Kevin1951,
This could indicate a hardware issue. I encourage you to reach out to the Arlo Support team to further investigate these symptoms. You can find support contact options within the Arlo Secure mobile app under Settings > Support Center

As well as my camera ongoing problems, initially my base station was down, I eventually resolved this by going through arlo support and finally doing a factory reset which has worked. When I try to add the cameras in can’t find them because of the flat batteries.
Thanks

I’ve moved the charge plug and cable to another plug in the house and blue light flashes about 4 or 5 times and then stops. Is it charging?

If the flashing is immediately upon applying power from the charger, it should be charging. The battery icon should also indicate this by displaying a lightning bolt across the battery. It typically takes ~3 hours to charge the battery.
