Hey All...I read through the other discussions with this issue and they all seem to address Window users. I have a Mac/OS system. Funny thing is that some of the newer videos sometimes work, but often then default back to this error.
Any advice on troubleshooting with a Mac? Thanks!

I haven't owned a Mac for a very long time, so can't help much.
That said, start with seeing if you can play this video in your browser. I suggest trying both Chrome and Safari.
DON'T change the playback setting using the controls on the right of the browser window. Just press the play button on the video.
Also,
- what version of MacOS are you running?
- what processor is in your Mac?
