Pro4 is not recording

Hi, 

My Pro4 camera does not record on a vMB4000 base. Streaming live is OK on my iPhone but no recording…

The VMB4000 supports local recording, but not playback.  To see the recordings you need to eject the USB storage and connect it to a PC.

Any recordings you are seeing the app are from the cloud, not the USB local storage. Legacy cameras (like the Pro and Pro 2) were sold with 7 days of free cloud recording.  But the Pro 4 (like all current cameras)  doesn't have any free cloud recording - you need an Arlo Secure subscription for the camera to get that.
