No video connection

All of a sudden I no longer get video support from my camera. I do get audible notification tone but no video from my plan with Arlo. Is there a server problem. This is most annoying and frustrating. MY CAMERAS ARE FOR SECURITY AND NEED TO BE WORKING.  Any ideas anyone.
