My Alro cameras and Smart hub just disappeared from my app and account. My app is asking me to add devise but nothing will reconnect. Check all connections good, power on .

Just some questions regards your issue.
- were the cameras connected via a arlo Base station or directly to your local wifi, if Base station have you tried power cycling it, if other have you power cycled your router modem?
- could it be possible you logged into an old blank or granted account?
- what interface app are you using for arlo, mobile or the web portal in pc browser?

Base station directly Ethernet and cameras WiFi.
Yes power cycled both.
musing Arlo Mobile app.
Could it be the base station has failed?

If the camera is a pro3 floodlight you have the option to connect the camera directly to your local wifi router. The pro3 camera needs to connect to a base station. Confusion is abound.
What model Base station do you have?
There was a bug in the recent firmware update a few weeks back for some base stations that required the customer to factory reset the base station and install again as new to get the repaired firmware update to happen.
