Noticed I had a camera offline so I rebooted the base station, now all devices are gone and the app says I have no service -had the legacy free 7 day plan. logged out and in both on the app and web, rebooted, tried to 'find' the base station again.. nothing. Any ideas?

Thanks.. did a factory reset on the base and reconnect everything. one camera came back the others I had to re-sync. I was worried I would lose my plan but that does not seem to be the case. Everything looks good now. Thank you.

WHich base station do you have? Look at the label on the bottom for VMBxxxx. Also, what are the LEDs on the base showing?

Hi, thanks for replying..
Its a VMB3000, the power camera lights are solid green, the internet is blinking green. the next two lights are off (They go green on startup then go out).

So the LEDs indicate things are normal. Your issue is different from others with similar systems that have reported problems but the quick "solution" is to remove all devices from your account and add them back as if new.
