First - the forum shows this issue multiple times and listed as CLOSED but NO Answers are provided.  So, I am opening a NEW discussion in pure frustration.  I am ready to return my lights, such a huge waste of time.

 

They are only lights.  They have no camera.  I followed set up as instructed.  2 of 3 lights work fine.  3rd light does not work.   The light that does not work is located inside a dark area with no access to any other light and it is located 10 feet from the hub.  Motion tests work find.  Range to hub works fine. 

 

I can only assume the light is broken and I need to return it.  Why am I supposed to be my own technical expert here?  No technical support?   Nice, Arlo saves money by wasting my time.

 

Can anyone else tell that I am frustrated?  Is anyone else tired of solving Arlo product problems for them  for FREE?

Have you swapped lights around to see if it's the light or location?
