Arlo Base station not loading activity into library for Spotlight camera.

Hi all 

My Base station and cameras (2 x Pro 2 camera and a spotlight) were recently joined to a new home network and at the same time the new Arlo trial subscription came to an end and a firmware was updated to all cameras.

Both Pro 2 cameras are working as expected.

The spotlight camera is connected and all features are working, detection, notification alerts but the activity isn't appearing in the library. Why not? both other cameras (pro 2) activities are in the library.

I have preformed the following tasks - restarted all devices - preformed a test via live feed and motion setup - ensure no filter active on library - tried from web browser on laptop rather than app. rechecked for newer firmware updates.

Any camera newer than the Pro 2 requires a subscription for cloud recordings. It would seem that the trial sub for your spotlight camera (you don't note which one) has expired - check Settings, Subscription to check.

Yes this resolved - Dont feel that this was well understood before purchasing. However this has resolved the issue
