After buying the Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight camera, I never got the option for the free trial, and when trying to get a subscription, it was just not available for me.
Tried reaching out to support and I'm not "not entitled to live agent support"
What's the point of having this camera and not being able to use it??

If the account was created in Costa Rica, that means it has been assigned a Costa Rica country code. A new account must be created within the US if you intend to use the camera with a subscription within the US.
If you would like to use the same email address, consider changing the email on your existing account and then set up a new Arlo account and move your camera to that new account.

Remove them from the old account. Then add them back to the new account using "add device".
