Is there an Arlo system architecture the will allow the app to connected to a flood light camera and receive alarms and video even if the system is not connected to the internet. I understand it would need to be on wifi. But would one of the base stations enable that? I want to use an Arlo camera outside my RV when I stop overnight during travel. I might not have internet connectivity but I could keep a wifi router powered and a base station too if that enabled wifi connection to my phone app so I could receive motion alarms and view video outside. I prefer not to have to buy the very pricey cell enabled cameras. I hope that makes sense. Can anyone suggest an Arlo based solution for this? Thanks

Not that I am aware of. The app logs in to the Arlo Cloud, and alarms are sent through the Arlo Cloud.
