Please help, I don’t want to buy a subscription, but ever since the pop up occurred on my library, I have had no recordings and the pop up won’t go away. I Have down loaded a picture. There has been discussion on this community but no details on how to get recordings back and how to get rid of pop up. It just stays there!

Are you connected to a Hub/Base or your Wifi? If Wifi you need a subscription for cloud recoding's after the 3 month Trial expires.

How do you connect to hub?

If you have a Hub or base you can use it for local storage, do you have one? They usually don't come with the Pro3 Floodlight. If you do remove the cams from wifi and connect the to the Hub or base in the set up.
