Apple IOS 2K video quality

Why does my IOS iPhone 11 show grainy video on my Floodlight Pro 3 camera? My brother inlaw has same floodlight camera but uses Android and his video is extremely clear even on zoom in. Please help. Thank you!

Mc_jr,

The difference you're seeing could be due to the resolution of your stream/recordings. To stream in 2K, your mobile device must be connected to the same network as the camera. For more information, take a look here: How do I stream in 2K with my Arlo Pro 3 or Pro 4 camera?

Video still grainy even when connected to my local WiFi. I have an iPhone 11.
