kulwantd,

A blue LED indicates the base is receiving an internet connection. Are you able to try onboarding using a PC connected to the same network to see if you still experience the same behavior?

kulwantd,

Could you provide more details about what you're seeing? What LED behaviors are seen on the SmartHub?

Have you tried factory resetting before onboarding?

Hello JamesC

Yes, I tried all the options:

1. changing the connection cable

2. Rebooting the basestation

3. Resetting to factory setup

First I see blinking orange LED, then it goes to Blue

Looks like the base station is gone bad.

A few days before this happened my arlo pro 3 cameras were going offline

should I get new base station VMB4540 ?

Or is there any other option ?
