cant log in to cameras hub with new phone

I lost my old phone and got a new phone. The phone cant access the app because it doesn't have permission. I cant grant it permission because I cant login to the hub.

What exact error message are you seeing when you attempt to log in to the new phone. Are you able to provide a screenshot?

 email doesn’t work either it sends me this and I can’t do anything because I don’t have permission on my new device/phone
