I had some issues with my cameras not performing well. Tech support helped me through a complex troubleshooting process. Cool part is my camera work again. Bad part is my timeline will show live video, but it goes black when you try to scroll through my timeline. I have had my cameras on for hours now.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you still having this issue? I'm dealing with something similar. When I'm looking at timeline I can't choose what I want to see. It skips around, shows black, and generally doesnt work.

I have tried using my timeline and all it does is jump around. It will not stay on the time I want to see.  I have tried four different browsers and still the same result

I tried the chat feature but nothing comes up when I choose chat with us. Very frustrating

Just wondering - do you have an ad blocker turned on in your browser?
