I have a new router, how do I re-establish a connection with the base?

Plug the Ethernet cable from the base into the new router. Make sure the Internet LED turns green.

It does not turn green. I have everything hooked up correctly. I’ve cycled my modem. And I’ve cycled Arlo pro.

That means 1) the cable is bad, 2) the router port is bad (try a different port) or 3) the base is bad. For #3, open a case with supoort:
