I cannot get a USB Drive to format on my Arlo Pro Base Station VMB4000r3 (firmware 1.20.3.0_4203_8). I have tried several drives and formatted FAT32. Any ideas?

Can you provide a screen shot of the Storage Settings Menu
Are you able to to format the drive via a pc?
May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I can format the drive via PC. I have formatted in both exFAT and FAT32.

It MUST be FAT32 - exFAT won't work. What size drives are they? Need to be at least 16GB.
