I got a new phone and when i type in code via email, to trust new account it says try again, how can i access the app

Can you try trusting the phone using the pc browser to my.arlo.com and login. Go to settings/account profile/login settings/two-step verification and select trust. Edit to make it the primary device to receive the 2fa push requests.
