I have the Arlo Pro2 cameras (basic package) and I have it set up to email me and send me the video clip when motion is detected. On my Galaxy S-8 smartphone (using oulook and other apps) It has worked all along, but now, I receive the message when I try to play the video clip "This video is not able to play in your browser. Please download to view."
Why is this now doing this?
Suggestions on how to get it to play?

Does it work through your email providers web page on your phone over the web? Have you tried to reboot your phone and clear the cache?

I have 2 that give the same "This video is not able to play in your browser. Please download to view." about 40% of the time. It really makes them undependable for any type security use. It gives the same message regarless of what device I try to view it on. And other timesit works fine. It isn't there to download. It isn't available in the library again on any device.
