Can't get device status; not showing in device information

Hi folks, since a while I can't get the camera status, and nothing shows in device information also in devices tab I see the camera, can watch it, it's recoding and so on, but no other information about it.

Any idea what's wrong with it?

Reboot the base. Try both the app and a web browser.
