Arlo Pro 2 & Surveillance Station (Synology)

Hello,

I am already equipped with a Synology system with Surveillance Station and I am thinking about buying a Arlo Pro 2 EcoSystem. Will it be compatible?

Will I be able to use Surveillance Station system to manage the recordings?

I believe you'll need ONVIF compliant cameras. Arlo do have an ONVIF system but it's based on the Arlo HD cameras so I wouldn't go down that road

Synology will work with generic cameras that support RTSP or ONVIF and can natively support many cameras.

Arlo Pro2 is a closed system and you cannot use it with Synology Surveillance Station.
