Has anyone ever experienced their alarm base unit randomly go offline, then start a faint repeated chime? It’s as if the unit is glitching / crashing, and I have to completely power cycle it to get it back in a good state. Anytime a sensor is opened in this state, the faint chime adds on top of any other playing chime repeatedly 😂

Before calling support, try removing the security hub and sensors from your account and reset the hub. The directions are embedded in this FAQ part way down:
