I used Windows 10 and bought the base station vbm4000 with three cameras in 2015; the system worked fine, but with the updated software, my cameras stopped working last weekend. I bought a new base station vbm4540 and three new cameras that come together in a package. ARLO does not recognize the base station. I have tried all of the suggestions and had no joy; however, the little blue light is on. I am using an AUSA ax3000 dual Band WI-FI Router; it worked great with vbm4000. So, I hope that support will have a quick answer, as the little instruction sheet says.

Thanks,

Roger

Did you reset the hub?

You might want to try using a computer browser (my.arlo.com) to see if that works better.

Also, the old cameras can be made to work by asking the mods ( @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN ) to run the backend sync that can resolve the issue.
