Hello, after not using the system for some time, I am being asked to login again if I try to use the iOS app, or at my.arlo.com.

 

I then see a message:

Verify your identity.
Please enter the verification code that was sent to 10****@mail.com

The problem is that no code is received. I have checked the spam folder, and tried multiple times. How to resolve this?

10Pow,

 

If you select "Try another verification method" are you able to select SMS? This will send a text to your mobile device to authenticate.

What options do you see if you select "Try another verifications method" ? Are you able to provide a screenshot?

If I select "Try Another Verification Method" it just gives me the option of choosing email. See screenshot here (for some reason when I insert an image in the post nothing appears) https://share.zight.com/yAueJwN0

Then when I choose email, I don't receive the verification code. Conversely, if I choose Forgot Password, I do receive an email to reset it - see here: https://share.zight.com/04un6lBv
