The 2nd (and most recent) charge went from 100% to less than 10% in under a week with the camera disarmed. I tried resets, etc. Could it be a bad battery right out of the box from Verizon?

Hey Matt9,

The batteries in your Arlo Go camera last for about two to three months with normal usage, which is about five minutes of recordings a day. If you're experiencing problems where your Arlo Go camera battery is draining faster than usual, read this article to learn how to extend the battery: How can I extend my Arlo camera's battery life?

Thank you for the link but it isn't very helpful in my situation. The camera settings are all set towards battery optimization and I didn't even have the motion detection armed. Camera just sitting idle on went nearly dead in less than a week. Does anyone know if I need to check with Verizon or product manufacturer regarding this issue?
