Hi!

Since this summer, camera has been disconnecting. It goes offline,but comes back again,being only able to see battery status. It shows massive drainage. 

A reset fixes the problem. The problem has also resolved itself after several days.

Right now the camera is again disconnected. When it comes online and I tryto activate video, it goes offline and the spotlight turns on. That's what is draining the battery. 

I have opened a case nr 00651484. 

My other 3 cameras do not show this behaviour.

Have you tried swapping the camera with one of the other three?  Then see if the issue moves with the camera [or not].

The camera in question is 4m from the router. It was installed in september 2023 and has not had this behaviour until this summer.

Note that there is a wifi connection, as battery status is reported.

Hi! After firmware update, issues still exist. It still fails to give video, but I can restart it from app, and if I am lucky, I get video for a while. It is not suitable for surveillance that way .
