I was messing with the away, arm, and standby icons and now my cameras will not record or alert me

I was messing with the away, arm, and standby icons and now my cameras will not record or alert me like usual.  How do I fix this so they work as normal again??

What mode is the system in?  (Go to the dashboard page - the current mode will be shown in color).

If it is "Standby", then select "Arm Away" and see if recordings start up again.

I'm having the same issue I tried changing mode and that didn't work I've tried removing factory resetting cameras and reinstalled still nothing zero notifications and no recorded activity it's been going on right after I downloaded the new app

The cause of your issue might be different.

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming one of the cameras?
