I have an essential wire free floodlight (VMC2030-100NAS) and a wired doorbell. Wired doorbell works great. I can record live and talk through it and it saves recordings to my library. I have the $9.99 a month subscription, but my wireless floodlight camera will not save recordings. It detects motion and tells me, but the spotlight doesn’t turn on when it detects and it doesn’t save the video to the library. It has been reset. It is showing as on the plan. It has a charge and is connected to the same WiFi as my doorbell. How to I get it to record the video so I can view it later?

First, see if you can make a manual recording.
If that works, then lick on "mode" and then select the camera from the left pane. Check the rule for the camera, and make sure it is set to record. https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them

No, I cannot make a manual recording…
My spouse and I both access the app, but cannot access under the same log in or it kicks the other one out. So I access under a different email and they have me added as a friend. They are getting the recordings, and are able to take live video/photos from the app. I am only able to use the flashlight, I only have access to 🔊, 🎤, 🔦, and ↔️ at the top right.

Looks like they didn't grant you access rights. https://kb.arlo.com/1103229/What-privileges-do-my-friends-have-when-I-grant-them-access-rights-in-my...
Try this: https://kb.arlo.com/1101077/How-do-I-edit-my-friend-s-privileges-in-my-Arlo-account

Unfortunately that isn’t it either; I have had access rights since the beginning. Double checked just in case, but and it shows I have rights.
