My router is 2.4 and 5 Ghz.  My iPhone is a 5 Ghz Apple 14 pro.    Having trouble connecting to My new Arlo Essential

One option is to try adding the camera on a PC (browse to my.arlo.com).

 

You could also try disabling 5 Ghz in your router during onboarding (if the router lets you do that).
