Unable to turn off essential doorbell, there was a switch on and off button, but after recharging battery its disappeared.

I don't recall there ever being an on/off toggle for any doorbell model. Cameras, yes, but not doorbells. Regardless, depending on how the doorbell is connected to your account, you can use the Disarmed mode to do the same thing.
