Hi,
I have a ARLO essential video door bell that has been working until I changed internet provider a few weeks ago. Since then I have not been able to connect it to the new Wi-Fi. I have followed the guidance in the app in relation to not being on VPN etc.
I have had a dialogue with the internet provider and they have helped me troubleshoot. When I try to connect the doorbell to the Wi-Fi my internet provider can see that it connects, but in the app it times out and does not connect.
Have anyone had the same experience and how did you solve it?

Using the old SSID and password for the new router's WiFi is by far the easiest thing to do since all devices will connect seamlessly as if nothing happened.
What encryption method is set in the router for the WiFi? It should be WPA2 (AES) although a mixture of WPA2 and WPA3 may work.
