I moved to a new city, so new internet provider. My Arlo internet light does not come on. When my app try’s to see my Arlo base it cant connect to it.
I have tried two different cables and two different ports in my house. Other devices work with those cables and ports. I have had this unit since 2018.
help!!

It's possible that the base has failed. WHo owns the router - the ISP or you? If it's the ISP's, see what they will do for you.
