GStarting a couple of week back the live feed became very slow and pretty much frozen. Sometimes takes up to 5 mins for a frame change. Tried rebooting the base, resynching cameras, restoring to factory setting and resynching cameras.

Prior to that for the last year worked great. Tested response on iOS App using iPhone 7, IPad Air, Browsers on Windows PC and MacBook.

Base station firmware is 1.12.0.0_27099... hardware is VMB4000r3...

cameras are Arlo... firmware 1.092.0.19_26288... hardware is H8...

Not sure if I need a new base router... it does connect and sync and turn on pretty quickly...

thanks

So long story short it was an upload speed issue...

Download was 35 MBPS and upload was about 1 MBPS... Upgrading router to the Linksys Velos system improved download to 75 MBPS with upload still at 1... Issue was not fixed... Call to internet provider fixed the upload/download to

35/100 MBPS and it works...

So not sure what upload speed is needed for livestream but definitely more than advertised 1 MBPS is needed...
