Hi. I have 3 essential cameras and a pro4. All went off line about a month ago due to them saying they need a firmware update.  I have restarted, reset and tried to update the firmware over 30 times with no joy.  Please can someone help me as alro have been no help and I am just about to smash them all up and never buy anything from Arlo ever again..  anyone had or having the same issue ?

Hi has bought 3 essential. Can connect one true app. The other 2 Will not ( brand new) 

Then i uninstall 2 old essential i has bought 2 year ago. Now the can not connect again. 

 

Wifi kode is correct. It,s 2,4 . App Update.. camera reset ..how are they getting online
