Yes - assuming you are in a country where Arlo offers a subscription.

If the camera is in the trial subscription, then it can record to the Arlo Cloud.  Note there were some serious issues with the Arlo Cloud earlier in the week, so make sure the camera is listed as being in the trial subscription for you.

If that's the case, and recording is not working for you, then something is wrong - so perhaps give us more information. Can you manually record while livestreaming?
