My other two cameras video goes to library it work fine till trial period ended. Do you need a subscription to view video? Don’t have to on other cameras thanks ken

Yes you need a subscription for Cloud recordings once the 3 month trial runs out. The Pro 2 and older still have the free 7day plan. Any model newer since 2018 require a sub. You can use Local Base storage if the cam is connected to one but has many limitations.
