Arlo Pro 3 not recording to library after trial

Arlo Pro 3 recordings are no longer appearing in the Library, even within the 7 day free period that comes with the camera.  Recordings from older cameras are appearing in the library just fine. This occurred after the paid service trial ended.  The last image recorded from the Arlo Pro 3 camera still appears on the preview screen, and it connects live. The recordings are not available, however.  Firmware on the camera and on the VMB4000r3 base station are updated and have been rebooted.

Only the cameras older than the Ultras (2018) have the free 7 day plan. That's why you got the 3 month trial - to get you started. You must subscribe to a plan or use the free method of having your cameras connected to a hub with local recordings enabled.
