My wireless video doorbell model ADV2001 suddenly stopped sending video to my Android phone. It records video but I can't see who's at the door until AFTER I accept the call. Kind of defeats the reason to have a video doorbell! I worked with Arlo support & followed ALL of their recommendations. ie Uninstalling the Ap & reinstalling; removing the doorbell from wifi & reinstalling on the hub. Now I get NO notifications @ all! No video & no audio notifications. Any ideas?
