Hi all. I have 3 new Arlo GO2 cameras installed on the construction site, that worked fine for a week. Then they stopped recording and sending alerts. I contacted Support and followed all recommendations for trouble shooting: reset all cameras, batteries etc. The cameras work when I am on site. Once I leave the site they stop sending notifications, only live view is working. They are ARM AWAY, but not alerting! Any thoughts or suggestions?

You can use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll to Contacts to see what official support may offer.

Are you using geofencing? If so, try removing those automations. Are they connected via cellular or WiFi?

I am not using geofencing. All cameras have sim cards with cellular network. They worked for a week and then, one of the stopped recording events and sending notifications. This camera still works and shows live events. I don't know what else I can check to make it work properly. It was the purpose of having the cameras on the construction site of my house - to be able to monitor any activity. I am not able to go there all the time and reset the camera, that don't send notifications, as it's a long distance.
