I am using the audio doorbell with the Arlo app version 2.16 (released 22/4/2020 - latest version) on my iPhone, and I only receive calls when I am actually using the app (app is open on my phone) or recently closed it. The calls are by no means consistent, most of the time I just don't receive anything.
In addition, I don't receive motion alerts from the doorbell neither. However, this is nog really a big issue for me but maybe relevant for a root cause analysis. All my other cams (Arlo Pro, Arlo Pro 2) do notify my in time and very accurate (I have 6 of them).
My iPhone XS Max is running on OS 13.4.1.
I read a discussion on the community forum about issues with iOS, but there seems no real solution yet?
