I'm trying to link my Google Home Assistant devices (Chromecast and Google Home Hub) to my 3 Arlo cameras. I was able to link my Arlo Account in the Google Home app, and the camera names show, but when you attempt to open a camera it says "Not Responding".
I've tried unlinking and relinking my Arlo Account multiple times and it still will not work.
Why won't this work?

My base is a VMB4000 (Arlo Pro base).
Streaming to my Google Home Hub is working pretty consistently now, but only for Arlo Pro cameras. It does not work for Arlo (pre Pro) cameras. I have both types of cameras connected to this hub. With the pre-Pro camera, I get a message saying "It looks like the stream is currently unavailable from the xxxx).

I guess I should mention then that I'm having the issue with both Arlo Pro 2 and Arlo Q cameras. I can view the streams online and in the app no problem.

I have 3 Arlo Pro and 2 Arlo Q cameras. I had the problem described but have been able to reliably stream to Google Assistant and the Lenovo Smart Display for the past 2 weeks.

Apparently this will not be resolved. I have had this issue for quite some time not. My Home app will read "Not responding" when trying to stream from one of my cameras, If I ask my Lenovo smart screen, the response is "It looks like the stream is unavailable from {Camera Name}.
I tried ordering my Google home to "Sync all devices", and it says it will sync devices from 6 providers, to no avail. Removed and re-added Arlo account to Home app, nothing.
However, I tell my Echo show to "Show {camera name} camera, and it shows the stream immediately. Same as if I ask an echo dot, it will start streaming on my Amazon Fire TV.
So, Netgear, I have had a great experience with the system so far, but I don't take kindly to false advertisement. I will wait for my subscription to end, and will be moving to another camera maker that actually works.

Still no luck with Google Home or Smartthings integration. I have noticed that the link/unlink is smoother and goes through with one attempt in Google, But still no active stream in Google Home app or Smarththings app.
I have an active ticket in with support and per the rep " We're aware of the problem". I specifically asked in the integration would continue or would it be discontinued because its odd that the Alexa integration is still seamless and problem free and was told that it would......I'm not holding my breath.
If they haven't worked it out soon, I'm returning all of this crap.
Such a disappointment & Nest.....Here I come..... I need 6 cameras!!!

I get a message "Not Responding" message when trying to view in Google Home App on phone.
How do I fix this? Works fine in Arlo app.
It was a nightmare getting them linked. My linking issue was that Chrome wasn't my default browser.
Also, it made me select a label for this thread although it only gave 3 choices and none matched.

@JessicaP, glad that this is working for someone, but it's not working on my recently purchased Google Home Hub, despite unlinking and relinking several times. Funny, I used to be able to ask my Google Home speaker to display my cameras on the Chromecast Ultra attached to my TV, but that also stopped working (the Arlo app on my phone works fine). I already have an Arlo support case # for this issue (since Nov 24), but no response yet. The rep said that someone would reach out to me with a solution, but I'm wondering if I need to contact them directly.

Same here. It used to work, but not anymore.

Please add me to this growing list. Have been a loyal advocate of the Arlo camera systems (going so far as to recommend when I see people at BB looking at them) for a year or so now. VERY unhappy with the "integration" with Google Assistant and in particular the Lenovo Smart Display. They worked on the display for an hour or so after installing the Smart Display into my G Home network (6 perm assistant devices and three android phones) and now almost instantly I get "It looks like the stream is unavailable from the ___". One thing I have noticed that MAY be contributing is that when I attempt live vid streaming from either the app or the web interface it takes forever for the feed to load.

I don't know it helped but I also sent them a link to this forum post so they are aware that there's quite a few of us with the issue.

Same thing on my side here in France.
I've joined your thread as I was searching for a solution.
It has worked fine for a period of time but since the last app (Android) update... suddenly... Dead.
So is there a way to go back to a previous version and test?
My two words.

Funny how the first thing the Rep said to me was: "your warranty is good for 1 year, after that you need a subscription for assistance". I told him that this is not a warranty issue, but a functionality problem.
It's obvious how they don't care.
As soon as my subscription is over, I may need to get rid of the Arlo system as well as the Orbi mesh.
