issue with homekit need new token (au)

i bought my ultra 2 kit on the black friday sale amazon (AU) i cant get homekit to work ive tried it via the home and arlo app i am needing the token reset as this seems to be a common thing reading the forums so must be a handshaking issue between apple and arlo

side note

i am running homebridge which does have a arlo plugin

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
