My connections to Apple Homekit were suddenly lost, and enable to reconnect , using the App
Could you please perform a « reset token » to my 2 bases ?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

I do not see any option to click homekit. Can I get a token to try again.

Did all the reboots so need a token resent. Had to delete base from HomeKit and now can’t re-add

Thanks you, but after reboot still having the issue with it spinning looking for devices.
I has been working fine until I deleted Arlo from Homekit.
